Kafé Himlavalvet

This picturesque café up on Observatory Hill, a scenic vantage point close to Odenplan, is open from February to November, as well as serving a Christmas buffet for pre-booked parties in December. The café hosts various concerts and events and can also be booked out for functions all year round. Seasonal and organic food takes centre stage at Himlavalvet and they're famous for their waffles, both sweet and savoury.

Sit outside during the summer months, or inside when it's chillier, and enjoy lunch or coffee and homemade cakes and pastries. Every day they serve two or three seasonal daily lunch specials, and there's an à la carte menu filled with salads and hearty sandwiches. Treat yourself to a glass of wine or beer with lunch, or stop by for an after-work drink in the leafy surroundings.
