Om du vill verkligen “ go back in time”, då få du ta en kliv in till Kaffe! First impression: det först jag fick se var barista (sonen till damen som äger kaffe) som gäspar och sippar på kaffe (lol) medan välkomnar kunder. Alltså, det gav mig både avslappnad och oproffsigt känslan på detta fika stället. Slapp barista fast fixar god kaffe medan mor går runt och häller skummat mjölk ur kanna till alla kunder som sitter på hög stolar och väntar på sitt kaffe. Stämning: man kan tycka att känns som hemma. Många stammisar kommer hit och har sina ” customized” kaffe typ kalles latte eller evas espresso.
Fika utbud: inte så mycket art välja på däremot Mycket rimligt pris på kaffe oavsett storlek / kaffe sortiment. Varma mackor är bäst säljare hos dem.
Minus poäng: alltså, vem tar inte Kort eller Swish nu förtiden? Man få gå runt hörna på gatan för att hämta cash annars få man helt enkelt hitta något annat ställe för att ta fika. Det positiva att personalen Stressar aldrig kunder för betalning. Man kan komma in innan dem stänger ner cafet, Simple!
Bakgrund: Familj som bedriver kaffe på sitt eget sätt. De köpte en livsmedel butik för 10 år sedan och omvandlade den till dagens kaffe.

A different café that is not innovative - or perhaps completely innovative by going against the tide? - then they stick to what feels more traditional when you are going in to have a coffee / light lunch!
Lovely local but high ceilings but not very much places and mainly there are places on bar stools - not really nice to sit on all too long. Sitting on length also does not make it optimal to come here if you are more than 2 people.
I as a milk protein allergy sufferer could (luckily) order coffee with oat milk but about there it ran out for me. I was eager to eat something small but nothing was milk-free but they bake everything on butter. This means that they lose all customers who are allergic (like me) or if you are vegan - if you are not just looking for drinks. As you can see in the picture, it became an apple for me which was good but not at all what I was really hungry for.
The location is not optimal - located on a street between the lock and mariatorget but if you often walk in here, I understand the point of going within and buying a coffee and warming up.
Given that the range for my part only extends in the beverage path for my part ending the rating of a 2a, they would change to vegan-friendly options, it would absolutely be raised to a 3a. A place I could recommend to others but I myself will probably not come back.
