Jag pendlade mellan att ge Mr. Cake tre eller fyra stjärnor men tills slut så landade det på tre.

Första intrycket var att det här var ett poppis ställe! Så mycket folk och ganska rörigt men dom hade ett sånt bra system för att man skulle känna att dom har koll. Så fort vi hade beställt blev vi tilldelade ett bord av en av servitriserna vilket gjorde att man slapp stressen och hetsen att hitta en sittplats.

Nästan fyra stjärnor för att bakverken och pannkakorna var helt fantastiska! Men maten tyvärr, inte lika bra. Vi som tog sallad var inte speciellt imponerade då det inte stack ut på något sätt. Det var bara en sallad och inte mer än så. Jag tog en falafelsallad med quinoa och nån myntayoughurt till och den var god men inte så rolig. Nåt av det värsta jag vet när man beställer sallad är när dom serverar ett helt salladshuvud med roten kvar. Varken gott eller ser roligt ut. Men som sagt pannkakorna och bakverken vi testade var så gott så nästa gång jag går hit ska jag bara beställa in sånt och inte leka nyttig på mr. Cake då man tydligen blir straffad för det direkt.

One of the best cake-places in Stockholm. Always presented very nicely, the staff is amazing and I have never been dissapointed in terms of the treats at this place. The coffee on the other hand leaves some room for improvement. The filtercoffee is SUPERbitter and is not in line with the high quality of the pastries. I also tried an ice-latte wich was better, but still not good.

I love to come here for cake and buns, but I´d rather go somewhere else for the coffee.
