Mr Cake is the love story between Tösse-Mattias and all of Sweden's dessert chef Roy Fares. Never have a place hypats up more, gotten more followers in the shortest time or created as much wacky hullabaloo as at Mr. Cake. Also a failed trend roll, and all this in less than a year. I applaud the whole machinery behind it.
Instead? Great location in the architectural school's ugly house with a neat interior that feels thought out. The only bottleneck is the ramp at the exit that makes you get in the way whether you're in the queue or coming by wagon.
The range is outrageous with big beautiful cakes, shiny buns and unprecedented pastries. I was here on the opening day and then there was not a single product to get that was äggfri. Now when I was there last there was tillochmed a vegan pastry so it goes ahead.
It is not cheap but you pay not only for a wonderful creation but also for a name. I think it's perfectly okay.
Trend roll then you think? Nachos are not a roll so therefore it was not a trend roll. Point.
