Ölkemi Coffee

Ölkemi Coffee is a coffee bar on Rutger Fuchsgatan 5 in Södermalm, in the same premises as its sister business, Ölkemi. The emphasis here is on top quality coffee, with every cup brewed with carefully selected beans. Brit Stephen Leighton, who has a passion for specialist coffee, runs the show and aims to give guests an authentic experience in every cup - just as he does at Ölkemi's sister café, Drop Coffee, and with his coffee brand 3fe. 

The coffee bar Ölkemi Coffee serves breakfast and coffee with seasonal ingredients, from fresh breakfast rolls in the morning to cakes and pastries for afternoon coffee, or whenever you feel like something sweet. But it's not just coffee lovers who get their cravings satisfied here - they also offer Detroit-style pizza, which is a rectangular pizza with a thick, airy base and crispy edges, where the cheese is caramelised towards the edges and the tomato sauce is usually placed on top of the cheese. As the café shares premises with the craft brewery Ölkemi, you can also combine a tasty bun with a cold beer. 

With its wide range of coffee, breakfast, coffee and hot food, together with the opportunity to enjoy a beer from the brewery, this is a cafe that offers something for all guests at almost any time of time.
