Åååh fina mysiga, härliga och genuina Tössebageriet med de äldra konditori yrkersstolthet i bagaget! Det skulle ta minst 15 år för mig att åter kliva in (här) i en sådan café med den där äldre anrikt-känsla. Mormor favorit fik och ett måste när hon skulle göra ärenden i stan❤️

7 sorters småkakor i sortimentet är ett litet bevis på att man som ägare vill anammar på den gamla traditionen på klassisk fika! Modernt i all ära men ibland är det allt skönt att komma tillbaka till den mer mysigare ursprungliga ”kondisen”. Det är en teknik att med lätt hand ”spackla” upp en biskvi med den traditionella toppen med lagom mängd choklad-smörkräm och sedan doppa härligheten i choklad som bara ska ge en tunn perfekt skal utan någon ränder i. Detta och mycket annat som visar att konditorer och bagarna har yrkesskicklighet i sina händer är något man ser här på Tössebageriet!

Det skall helst inte ta 15år till innan jag kliver in i deras lokal igen. Jag vill snart få uppleva denna mysiga ”kondisen”/café igen, med sitt ursprungliga kakelplattorna som har varit med sen öppningens begynnelsen (1920 öppnade portarna upp, respekt!!).

Tösse has long been on my bucket list and I will give a four for a reason. A classic pastry shop? I rather experienced it as a modern but with classic cookies and pastries.
