The Oriental supermarket is where you need to replenish the Kimchi layer. Inside the Hötorget T-bana you will find this amazing, Osvenska, Superasian shop. You are greeted by a special smell when you come in but get used to quickly and start almost like it. It is also here that you will find fresh Asian vegetables and noodle in endless flavors. These are cheap, cheaper, cheapest! Mainly, you still go here, because according to me, the best fermented vegetable dish (see picture). This kimchi is crispy, tart and perfect hot. So amazingly good that there are also radish pieces in. A bag lasts about a week, sometimes two days... Always try to get some sauce or season home, fun to try something new that isn't in your regular grocery store!
Extra good: They have a delicatessen corner where you can buy Peking duck! Of course you will find all the accessories for a Peking duck-dinner in the shop!
