Review of Pallas Deli – by Elizabeth D.

The fruit tray was a work of art - most amazing thing I have ever seen. Our guests were in awe - some actually applauded, as each fruit was cut in bite-sized morsels yet presented in a decorative way.

I wish I had taken photos of the masterpiece, the pineapple - It looked as if it were still whole and I thought - oh great - that's pretty but how am I going to serve it - then when I went to pick it up by the green stem, it revealed itself to be reassembled chunks easily plucked with a toothpick.

We ordered the 30 person buffet for our son's graduation. The quality of was outstanding and it was delivered, ready to serve, on decorative serving trays (yes, disposable but not obviously since they were black).

This was the best option for a mingling reception I have yet experienced and will be ordering from Pallas again (the delivery was prompt and professional too)
