Fred's Food Truck rolled out onto the streets of Stockholm in the summer of 2012, before the food truck concept had become a thing here. Ever since then they've been providing hungry Stockholmers with excellent, no-frills American street food.
Inspired by their travels in the US, founders Fredrik and Anders Melin serve dishes such as steak sandwiches and fish tacos - all handmade from scratch - through the hatch of their red and white truck. Their two foodtrucks are out on the streets every day at lunchtime; check their current location via the website or social media. In the evenings and on weekends they cater all kinds of events, from corporate events to weddings.

En enorm och iögonfallande, men dessvärre rentav oätlig, philly cheese steak sandwich beställde jag tyvärr från Fred’s food truck. Biffen smakade som en gryta gjord på rester i en skolmatsal, brödet var torrt och ostsåsen var bara för mycket...
