What nature provides
Stadshuskällaren's food philosophy is to take care of what nature provides. The menu follows the seasons and uses seasonal ingredients as its starting point and their ambition is to leave the smallest possible footprint on the environment. Swedish fish and game dishes play a major role, along with regionally produced accompaniments such as vegetables, mushrooms and berries.

The Nordic larder
Bar Nordic doesn't need to travel far to source ingredients for their drinks – they make them from berries and fruits found in the Nordic forests. They use the berries to create liqueurs, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages that can be enjoyed on their own or paired with something Swedish to eat, such as charcuterie made from moose, löjrom, or hot dishes like meatballs and fish.
