The decor has the same American diner feel, with red booths and souvenirs on the walls.

Tokyo Diner serves sushi, sashimi and other Japanese favourites for lunch and early dinner in Hötorgshallen indoor food market. Take away is popular, but you can also grab a seat and watch while the chefs prepare your food in the open kitchen.  

Giro is right next door to its sister establishments Miss Clara and Miss Clara Hotel. Neapolitan pizza is served here in true Italian style, in both classic and slightly more creative guises. High-quality ingredients and an artisanal approach are the order of the day here. Pair your pizza with a glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail.

Enjoy tacos and other Mexican delicacies at this colourful restaurant - perhaps with a frozen margarita or cold beer in hand. Bun Meat Bun is one of many restaurant in the lively Kungsgatan 25 food hall. They fry hamburgers according to the famous "smash technique", which draws in burger aficionados from all over town. Sayan Isaksson's Nour is on the third floor of the Townhouse Nosh & Chow on Norrlandsgatan. They served dishes made from Nordic ingredients and influenced by Japanese cuisine. Choose between a four or eight-course menu and be prepared for a taste sensation.

The city's most exclusive restaurant is housed in a beautifully renovated 19th century townhouse. Frantzén is Sweden's first and only three Michelin-starred restaurant, and the entire experience here is completely unique. Eat an impeccably composed tasting menu in a space that, despite being 500 square metres, only has room for 23 seated guests.
