Yogayama's well-known oasis in Östermalm offers the largest selection of yoga classes in Stockholm. The studio has three yoga shalas, a light and airy shop and a slightly hidden-away healthfood concept BodyBuddy, on the top floor. Yoga retreat on archipelago island
For an out-of-the-ordinary yoga experience, jump on the ferry to Idöborg, a privately owned island in the archipelago. Various retreats are organised here throughout the year, with yoga and meditation in the Dojo room, which is next to the beach with views of the water.
