The gym, which is located on KTH Campus, is surprisingly large with a large "gym" on the ground floor where different school classes have sports and can also be booked for, for example, floorball, volleyball and badminton.
There is also a cardio area where treadmills and bicycles are located. On the other side of this part there is a gym area with free weights, machines and more cardio machines. A stretch surface is also found on this part. Downstairs is the ball hall and a room where there are free weights and racks for squats/ground etc.
Everything has been given a lift after Nordic Wellness took over, it is newly painted and many machines have been replaced. Unfortunately, their Crosscage that is available at most other Nordic Wellness gyms is missing.
The men's locker room is catastrophically poorly planned as it is narrow and has lockers on both sides, which means that if the lockers in front of each other are to be opened, it leads to a stop to either the shower or from the shower. Plus, there's a sauna!
Finally, it's mostly students here who train and the atmosphere is always nice in my opinion.
