It's perhaps not the funniest bathhouse or gym I've ever been to. On the other hand, each thing has its charms and some things I can enjoy. Maybe I'm a little biased because this was the bathhouse I visited when I was growing up. But maybe you can be sometimes?
The bathing area itself is nothing spectacular. There is a 25-metre swimming pool with a 5-metre diving tower and in a room next to a children's pool and a splash pool for babies.
The gym area is also quite basic and simple. Very different machines more room for many. Also surface with free weights.
Dt nicest with the place is really that there are not so many people and you almost never have to wait for the machines. In addition, there are a lot of nice workouts - mainly the aqua gym offers many different types of workouts. Both simpler movements to a little harder training. Which I appreciated for a longer rehab period after a leg operation.
It is a place where everyone, especially beginners in the gym and the fitness world, can feel welcome!
