Followed my hairdresser when she worked at the different salons on hair 3000. I visited this salon a couple of times. And if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have gone back to the chain, and won't do it now.
She is absolutely amazing when it comes to looping and cutting as I do and is a loyal customer of hers for 12 years. She has been working on another chain for a few years now.
But as I said, I won't be coming back here if I have to change the hairdresser for some reason. The owner has been rude on several occasions. Bought dry shampoo, however, was a few years ago, and the packaging was broken when I got it so it leaked dry shampoo and ran out of half an hour in thin air. I went back and got the answer that I get in touch with the manufacturer because it's not their fault. Sure, these happened as I said a few years ago, but the treatment has been remembered and is not interested in going back when my hairdresser no longer works there.
On several occasions, bookings have not been reviewed. They forgot to write in the schedule or write the wrong time. Not much that's been right around here.
