All other good things that are in the mall do not outweigh this flaw.
The mall's owner and management should be ashamed, which has only one place, one downstairs, with very few customer toilets, where they even charge, even though it is full at the mall's restaurants/eateries, where the customer spends 100-century kronor.
If it could give ZERO stars, then Skułle Västermalm-Mall get it.
