So I finally got to test 800 degrees. A little noisy room with three long communitybord where you sit really tight next to each other (but since it's so loud so it works good I think). Four pizzas to choose from tonight. We took salsiccian and one with talleggio and some other stuff. Salsiccian was awesome, really good actually, but talleggion was a bit dull. The pizza I would say is a little middle ground between the Neapolitan (a little thicker and softer, à la Meno Male) and Roman (thin, crisp). A bit like the Giro type. Very possible that I will be back!
