Hade en fantastisk upplevelse på Animo, både mat och dryckesmässigt. Restaurangen är trevlig, den kändes ganska liten men väldigt grön med mycket växter. Otroligt gott och verkligen value for money. Håller med om Lilla Ego jämförelsen. Vi åt nästan alla rätter på menyn och var ändå inte proppmätta. Vet inte om det är så att vi är stora i maten eller om portionerna är i minsta laget. Förmodligen en mix.

Otrolig välkomponerad och genomtänkt mat. Gott rakt igenom med nya smaker och kombinationer. Jag tycker ofta man stöter på riktigt god mat, men som man har ätit förut. Så var inte fallet här. Varenda rätt vi åt var unik. Råbiffen är en av de bästa jag ätit, och även denna super klassiska rätt hade dem förvandlat till sin egna. Ostronen var på en ny nivå och vi fick veta att vår servitör att dem var blancherade vilket var något nytt och mycket gott. Matjesillen var så god på ett sätt...

Lokalen för mig var något kal och opersonlig. Bord i rader i vita kalla färger. Vi blev placerade bakom hovpulpeten och vid en trapp, vilket såklart inte var den bästa platsen. Snarare den sämsta.
Om ni är 2-4 personer, be om bord i matbaren. Bättre inblick i ett kök är svårt att hitta. I och med att både Anders och Daniel har en bakgrund från kocklandslaget så kommer det vara en upplevelse i sig se dem laga mat på ett riktigt rent och proffsigt sätt.

Servicen var bra och trevlig, tyvärr på snäppet för trevlig. Kändes något påklistrat och överdrivet. Eller är det jag som är bitter...? Vi kunde absolut sugit i oss två-tre enheter till, om någon hade erbjudit oss.

Väldigt bra! Snudd på femma i betyg men vill återkomma först. Lokalen känner jag till sedan tidigare och är trevlig men inte klassiskt mysig. The food is really good and the atmosphere pleasant and the cooks friendly. Given the high reviews and the price tag, expectations were quite hiked. I agree with other reviews that the appetisers are a must and even better than the actual starters and main. One of the starters was actually really sour (too much to be fully enjoyable in our taste), so a little minus there. We sat by the bar overlooking the kitchen and the team was in a great mood. Unfortunately I couldn’t see the prep because the bar is so high and I’m too short to see what’s happening on the other side. (I’m not THAT short) so here goes the fifth star. If you are tall, go for the bar, if not it will definitely be more comfortable sitting at a table.

Lite överpretentiösa rätter med många ingredienser men de får allt att fungera ihop, mycket imponerande. Kompetent och personlig service där din servitör gärna sitter ned vid bordet för att ta din beställning eller förklara något. Tyvärr är det för stimmigt, man skulle behöva göra något åt ljudnivån i restaurangen, dessutom spär man på det med totalt onödig musik på en ganska hög volym, man tror att man blivit förflyttad till krog utan ambitioner att tillfredsställa gästerna med god mat utan musik. Deras mat räcker gott och väl till utan musik. När detta har åtgärdats ger jag dem gärna betyg 5 men det kan jag inte. Mat är en totalupplevelse som måste vara bra i alla delar
