Barbro

I've finally been here!

From previous reviewers and other outsiders' reviews to start from, it was difficult not to sit there with high expectations of quality and taste but I really made an effort not to fantasize about any taste experience before the visit. Of course, I had checked out the menu and decided tonight's dinner in advance... and no my company did not have to think and think, but kindly agreed and trusted my choices.

Initially, deep-fried dumplings were served with a butter broth on the side that you could both drink and dip the dumpling in. I was able to drink up a two-liter bottle of this aromatic, rich and umami-tasting butter broth. As for dumplings, I don't have huge experience with this but I experienced them as well made, they held together well, had good crispy surface and the shiitake filling got married perfectly with the broth. This dish would have been perfect to share if there were two. A clear 5.

Next, the asparagus broccoli, fried in green curry, was served with two kinds of cheese and almonds. In addition to being inspired by my own cooking, this also tasted very good. Curryn didn't take over hand and the natural shell was left in the vegetable, there were chewing resistance left in the stems, the almonds helped me salt and texture and the cheese on top embraced all tastes like a loving sweet hug. I wouldn't have wanted the right in any other way, but given what we ate before, it doesn't reach up to 5th, but certainly a good right and strong 4 in its entirety.

Furthermore, the smokey salmon makin and I find it difficult to put into words what it tasted then the flavors were relatively complex, many and both sweet, salty and tangy. And you also lost some focus when you ate it because it was so good. A complete and just enough big morsel, the rice was perfectly boiled in my taste and kept the entire establishment in place. The last court was tempurafritspicy tuna that I had heard so much good about. Appearance not as stylish as the salmon but the flavors and textures were really perfect. Initially, it was fun that they had treated the tuna, I may find it difficult to eat this raw from time to time, and everyone was touchingly agreed on. The sweet soy they had on the roll was ingenious and created a very pleasant contrast to the strong mayonnaise, but it would probably have been too hot. And finally kimcin lying next to the ginger was just the one taste explosion and experience itself.

So overall I want to give Barbro 5/5. The service was clean, we were constantly courted and the waiters were there but floated around as invisible. Also want to describe it as very personal and they managed to create a good and easygoing relationship with us, especially the one who had the main responsibility for us. And a tribute for remembering our names. He and the others were also read about the content of the different rights and were able to recommend drink to this. Features that significantly affect my overall experience. Even the porcelain and the arrangement of the food that was clean and everything felt really well thought out and elaborate.

As for the volume of the room, it was stimmig, I agree with that. There were not so many soft materials that could pick up bouncing sounds, which also meant that you could occasionally start moving forward to hear the table company, but I was not disturbed by it. But luckily, they had a perfectly sounded pulsating music in the background that eased up and contributed to the atmosphere. They really live up to what a bistro described as, lighthearted and small. I even advised their bar as they have around the open surface inside the premises, very neat.

The only minus I can immediately think of is that the lighting was a little too dark and it was difficult to get a direct idea of what it was you were served. I think it's nice to see the different colors, shapes and components that also enhance the dining experience. Luckily, the technology is so developed today that you can light up with a lamp, and I ignore this in my overall experience because it was believed everything really cozy and sit there and sip on a glass of wine. A small candle or two would otherwise not have damaged to raise the cozy factor.

SEE YOU AGAIN SOON!
