Edit 2021: En modern klassiker. Har varit här ganska många ggr nu och tycker verkligen de har lyckats. Sedan min initiala recension 2016 har de även höjt nivån på maten ett snäpp. Sniglarna är bäst i stan tillsammans med Daphnes och entrecoten toppklass. Gillar även luncherna här. Nosar på full pott, kanske höjer framöver.

2016: Balzac är ett stort härligt brasserie med hög ljudnivå och vackra lokaler. Fläckfri service och hyfsade priser. Så långt toppklass. Jag tycker att det är svårt att hitta bra luncher på helgen i Stockholm om man bara vill ha en vanlig lunch och inte brunch, men Balzac är perfekt för det! Unna dig en vinlunch här i den livliga och stimmiga miljön. Det är relativt enkelt att få bord, har inte behövt boka innan. Har bara testat råbiffen och den var klart godkänd.
