Ate an okay burger at Brödernas today. This chain that grows quite quickly in town has high ambitions and bets on quality, but the hard fried meat did not fall to my taste. Asked for medium rare but they fry no less than medium because they do not grind the meat themselves on the spot. Buying that they follow health advice, so that's fine. The fries and truffle diffle are awesome though! The room on Scheelegatan e nice and nicely decorated. Great service too!

En dubbel tryffelburgare stod på menyn. Fick lite jureskogsfeeling på köttet, vilket är bra! Resten var inte direkt någon wow-känsla. Vet inte vad de har för kemikalier istället för tryffel, men det smakade inte nice. Till deras pommes. Hälften var ok, hälften var sladdrigare än mormors gäddhäng.
