Beautiful, elegant and classic. The atmosphere is calm, pleasant and adult. Beautiful roof, long fantastic bar counter with soft bar stools, velvet sofas and pillows, most beautiful porcelain I've seen in a long time, fantastic views (except the tourist buses that insist on parking right in front). The atmosphere feels royal but not snobbish. Since this is a place that sells itself in as exclusive and elegant, my expectations are to get this high. Therefore, it is unacceptable that the service is inattentive, slow and a bit "off". Felt like all three waiters we had were "first day at work". I ate Clubsandwich, which was a generous meal I can say but very anonymous in its flavors. A real meh experience. The company took afternoon tea, which looked absolutely adorable but the reactions did not live up to 600 crowns it cost.
If the service and food are improved, the place can be recommended in any case for tourists who want to live a little luxury
