You read the menu on a slate and order in the bar. Very unpretentious and relaxed. Oysters and steak minute is something that is always on the menu. Super good, mkt people great atmosphere. A real gem! Charming, crowded, stimi, muffled, noisy, cozy, snug restaurant environment. The menu is often replaced and is not available online, instead it is written on the slate board in the restaurant. You order at the checkout and then the food is served at the table. Table booking is a tip as it gets full quickly.
A big minus is that it is sick high sound level which sometimes makes the flow of the conversation more difficult.
It is also crowded in the room and you can forget about space staff. The table neighbor sits so close that our knees bowl to sometime from time to time during the evening.
The menu consists of 4-5 starters and about as many main dishes. French classics. Everything I've eaten here has been delicious, well-cooked and tasty. Good portion sizes (you get measured). Affordable and humane prices
Nice design that is well thought out. Cutlery on the table in submerged holders, water-filled carafe and small basket with different breads and whipped butter stands ready. Black, red and dark green dominate in the room but the large windows let in plenty of light. Mixed audiences. Bistro feeling. Small outdoor seating Straightforward and najs for everyday dates.
