Going out to Jordbro for lunch may not be done every day. Don't sit in an old industrial warehouse that barely holds the standard of a garage and have lunch for that matter. But you do that when you're going to eat at The Arrogant Pig, which is one of Stockholm's most ambitious smokehouses.
The expectations are high when you come out here, but I still have to admit that it does not quite live up to my expectations. The meat is very good, but it still doesn't get quite as tasty as I thought. And then I still felt it was quite expensive. I took their Texas Trinity, as recommended. Iofs a fairly full tray, but 300 KR (but a Coke) when sitting on benches in a garage out in Jordbro was still more than I had guessed. That pulls the rating down from a weak four to a strong three.
I probably won't come back, but I still recommend anyone who likes this type of food to come here. It's an experience!
