Incredibly rude staff who explained that one of our party could not order food with such as "you are not our priority right now" and "I have not eaten! And I have been here and the job then at 15! ".
It was just a visit, unfortunately. Very unhappy about my fish and chips. When I send this in an objective manner, the response is not quite as factual.
