Frantzen, I never thought I would get to write a review about this restaurant. But when we chose to give up Italy this year and Frantzen chose to be open, we were able to put the travel money there. And money well spent. Oh my what an experience, I still can't believe we've been there, I've been on the menu several times here at home.
We had a lunch sitting, and it is highly recommended. From 13 to about 18 we were there, no stress but we really got to enjoy everything. From the time we rang the bell and were let in, shown to the elevator and then we were lost in something we could never even have predicted.
We got to enjoy small snacks on the top floor and were guided in our wine selection which turned out to be a hit, yes both wine and sommelier. Got a little tour and of course got stuck in the wine room a little extra. Then we ended up in the best places, in the middle by the kitchen, full view and got one dish after another served. Can't say what was best. When the dessert was eaten we had to go up where it all began, there was another dessert and some pralines and candy. We were completely trolled, it feels hard to write a fair review but we understand why they have three stars, that they are the best in Europe and that Björn has been named one of Europe's best chefs, because this was an extra ordinary miracle.

Really good and probably also one of the city's most expensive restaurants. Great food in a relaxed environment. Should you cavil down on something is the good price picture and a bit stiff service.
