Vi har provat de flesta steakhouse i Stockholm men ingenting kan slå Griffins. Hit har vi kommit flertal gånger och de har hållt kvaliteten vid varje gång. Rekommenderas starkt!

Var här och testade brunchen för ett tag sen och är totalt såld på stället!
När man kommer in möts man av en lång korridor och blev först fundersam över om jag kommit rätt, men var jätte fint inrett och man tar sig verkligen en titt om där. Sedan kommer restaurangen. Super snyggt inred med alla möjliga grejer. Stilen... hmm svårt att förklara. En blandning mellan ett kemi lab, Alice i underlandet och antikt inspirerat. SUPER mysigt och fint!! Nu när hösten börjar komma skulle jag verkligen rekommendera att man går dit. Stort ställe med massor av platser, både i bar delen och mat delen. Med bås och lång bord för större sällskap, Bar bord för 2 eller runda bord för 4. Ja lite av allt, bra planerat!

Servicen var 5 av 5. Var Super trevlig och professionell och man kände sig välkommen. Berättade om buffén som rekommenderades att man ska äta i 3 omgångar. Kallt, varmt och efterträtt. Och att det skulle serveras korv på borden till alla. Då jag inte äter korv fixade dom så jag fick med stekt svamp istället och var jätte god med såsen på toppen.

Så kommer vi till brunchen som verkligen levererade. En flaska bubbel beställdes och till det fick man i kemiflaskor en persiko puré, fläder ( koncentrat?) och apelsin juice för att mix till sin egen lyx brunch drink.
På det kalla bordet serverades bland annat en potatissallad, gulbets sallad, räkceviche, ceasarsallad, lax och.... brynt vispad smör med fluffigt bröd!!!

På varma sidan kom charkbricka med salami, några ostar och oliver. Krispiga dill pommes, råbiff med sesam runt, och sjävklart eftersom det är ett steakhouse, massa olika kött versioner. Nötköttet var min favorit. Perfekt stek och bra kvalité!

Efterrätten var väldigt vääääldigt söt. lite för sött i min smak, kändes som ett barnkalas här. Hade gärna sätt något lite fräschare, eller beskt eller surt. Bara något annat än socker. fanns melon men någon annan frukt hade suttit bra. Men som sagt Stort utbud. Maräng swishen var suuuper god, choklad moussen okej. Sedan fanns även pannacotta, paj, geléhallon, dumle, kakor, chokladbollar... ja ni hör. SÖTT!
Men bra smaker och stort utbud.

Där maten serveras är mittemot köket där maten lagas, så du är 1 meter från kockarna. Jag gillar öppet kök på restauranger och var roligt att se och höra hur dom arbetar.

Som ni hör, jag är SÅLD på den här restaurangen och vill gärna testa middagen. Har redan rekommenderat den till flera och alla har blivit nyfikna på menyn... Och att efterrätts bordet inte föll mig i smaken till 100% gör inget, var mer än mätt hela dagen.

I was at the Griffins ' for the first time 3 weeks ago and I thought it was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted by a wonderful environment with moderately high volume and Christian Haas who walked around and chatted with guests.
The food was absolutely magical, löjromstacosarna that we took that snacks were in a class of its own.
