Wow, awesome dinner at Happy Lamb! Was here with three friends, shared a big pot of hotpot of which one half veg (vegetarian broth is not on the menu, but just let them know and they'll fix it) and the other with chicken broth. Went crazy on the buffet of ingredients to boil in the broth, and here was really everything you could wish for! Since I'm a vegetarian, I didn't have high expectations, but oh how wrong I was. Several kinds of tofu, lots of vegetables, root vegetables, noodles, as well as accompaniments such as cucumber salad, kimchi, etc. For those who eat meat, there is also a lot of seafood. Everything very fresh despite the buffet. My company ordered meat as well, and were very pleased with it. On the buffet there are also lots of dipping sauces such as tahini, chili oil, garlic in sesame oil, etc. Then we sat at the table and cooked everything in the broth, both cozy and crazy good. And the icing on the cake: the soft ice cream maker!!
The staff was very nice and accommodating, and always made sure we had water in the jug. The room itself is not very cozy, quite noisy and really lit, but it's nice in its own way too. And location is great, just a few minutes' walk from T-centralen.

Så jäkla nice ställe 😍 jag är lite svag för denna typ av matlagning. Buljonger, svamp, nudlar osv! Dom hade en heeel buffé med massa goda grejer att ha i buljongerna som man har vid bordet. Lite samma koncept som fondue fast i en asiatisk variant! Man fick äta hur mycket man ville, ville man ha mer kött så var de bara o säga till! 🥹 prisvärt också! Kommer definitivt komma hit igen ☺️
Ett tips är att man ej ska ha för varma kläder då det var ganska varmt därinne, antagligen pga buljongerna som kokar för fullt vid alla bord!
