Was at the sky bar when the dining room was temporarily closed. My gut feeling says that I would have liked the dining room better, don't ask me why. The view is impeccable. Service, a bit inexperienced and poor communication but well-intentioned. Food, OK. The clientele felt tourists and above middle age. Overall, the food and vibe (except for the altitude we were at at the time) gave a small-town vibe.
