We were here a big bunch from work and got a cozy room that was partly open to the restaurant so the murmur reached in. The room is cozy, dark and briddly with simple but stylish décor.

Really really good sushi. Nice and "beautiful"/"cool" staff, some bordering on excessive but it was okay. :) Cool place overall. We brought home and was not disappointed. Awesome, especially the rollers, I have for me (it was a few weeks ago now).

À la carte menyn är också helt otrolig och välsmakande, med ceviche, lobster rolls och sushi av fina råvaror. Lika bra idag (2022) som för fem år sedan.

Med en liten, men otroligt charmig lokal och ett extra rum för större sällskap så gör sig Indio bra som ett alternativ både till födelsedagsfirandet och dejten.
Servicen är suverän, med kunnig serveringspersonal och trevliga kockar med flera års erfarenhet.

Otrolig sushi med roliga smakkombinationer! Vi, som sushifantaster, var eniga om att fisken var superfräsch, riset perfekt i konsistens och i lagom stora bitar. Makin Salmon Amarillo (Eldad lax med amarillosmör, fläderemulsion och forellrom) är ett måste, även Parsley Confit sushin var en dröm (Persiljerimmad torskrygg penslad med confiterad vitlök och toppad med matchasalt). Signatur sushin var den vi var minst imponerade av, manchegosmaken kom inte fram igenom fisken. Lokalen är ganska liten så ett tips är att boka bord. Atmosfären är mörk och murrig, buzzing och nästan klubbig. Rekommenderas absolut för mindre sällskap! Eller boka Chambre separe om ni är flera.
