Lunch is served from Monday to Friday and consists of a buffet or a couple of different hot dishes, plus dessert. Seasonal Nordic classics combine with international influences - you could be served kalops beef stew one day and Indian lamb stew, tapas or lemongrass-marinated chicken the day after. If you'd rather go out for dinner, keep an eye out for their special Thursday night five-course dinners. Booking in advance is recommended for both lunch and dinner.
