Who forgets Shibumi? Here at Berns, Isaan has now had to come back and do it well, but not yet at the top as before. We were a bunch of girls who shared 6 different dishes, all good but often slightly too strong so you do not really feel the taste. Gai Yang (chicken), laab of aged cow (steak tartare) and today's catch we all thought were clearly the best. The environment is fantastic with new modern furniture and now a little less sound-sensitive with some carpets and textiles.
