Började jag äta innan jag tog bilden... ja 🙈. Men jag vill ändå berätta om min nya check🥳. Ett ramen-ställe som heter Kapibara🍜. Lokalen har inte så många sittplatser, så det gäller att vara där i tid eftersom det är väldigt populärt. Maten kommer ganska snabbt. Smakerna är riktigt bra och allt är väldigt gott, men priset ligger runt 180 kr och för det priset vill jag ha lite mer wow-känsla. Trots det är det helt klart värt ett besök och mitt slutgiltiga betyg blir 4 av 5 🐰🐇

Först beställde vi in svampdumplings och friterad kyckling i någon stark glaze. Sen blev jag rekomenderad att testa deras ”Shio Paitan” som bestod av tjock hönsbuljong, skaldjursgrund, vårlök, fläsksida, bakad karré, nori, marinerat ägg och sjökorall.

Friterade Kycklingen: Godast idag, den ”heta glazen” va perfekt och va inte för stark, och kycklingen va supersaftig! Även en riktigt stor portion med kyckling. 8/10

Gyozan: Smakade inte supermycket och var väldigt degig tyckte jag, skulle inte rekomendera den och ger den därför 4/10.

Ramen: Buljongen Smakade otroligt mycket vitlök men var supergod, köttet var supermört och nudlarna va perfekta. Tyckte dock de va lite för mycket vårlök på toppingen, men annars måste jag ändå ge den 7/10

Allt som allt, värt att besöka men köp inte gyozan då den inte är supergod, väldigt degig tyvärr.

Took a little late lunch there. Was almost full in their room, but we managed to get a seat pretty quickly. A little smaller place where the kitchen was open in the room, gave a cozy atmosphere then I ☺️ think

The food was incredibly good and well cooked! Their fried chicken I could have gone there just to get it again. Sick crispy o sweet sour with heat!

The ramen soups were good but I would have liked a little deeper/more flavor. Were pretty nice flavors and that's not wrong either. But expected them to be more flavorful☺️

Jag tog friterade kycklingen och det var lätt den bästa jag ätit i Stockholm. Min kompis tog den vegetariska ramen och den luktade faktiskt och hon sa även att den var jätte god! Super trevlig personal som ej var snåla med att fylla vinglasen🤩

Recension baserad på en middag en tisdagskväll.

Utbudet utöver ramen var inte superstort, men gillar du ramen och rör dig i krokarna runt Östermalm är detta absolut ett bra ställe att ta sig till. Det ligger lite gömt, med ganska få bord, och rekommenderar att boka bord! Dock lyckades vi haffa det sista tvåmannabordet och glada var vi för det!

Maten var bra, egentligen inget att klaga på men heller inte att det stack ut i jämförelse med andra ramenställen.

Totalen blir en 3a, och jag kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka och prova fler på menyn.

After I have been to these two antique shops across the street, I saw this little Raman restaurant! Mustard yellow awnings with modest text on the name, well hidden and nothing I would have seen in passing....

Took their "miso chili" ramen and the noodles were really nice! Home made and good texture👌🏽🌟 However, I did not dig their fatty chicken broth together with miso! Felt that the broth should have been made more clear so you avoided the fat, it lay like a film on the tongue, I thought. Then feels raw yellow onion, which picked fr. The Hells courtyard for so grating strong it huh, nothing further when there was still a lot of spring onions (which is pleasantly bulbous mild) in! The noodles 5p and their tender pork side 4p saved ramen🍜 but the broth itself was not there that I myself get satisfied by, unfortunately!

The service was warm and nice treatment of the girl who received the guests! With a smile on your face and a true kindness in your eyes, you can go a long way. 4 out of 5!
