Besökte Kapibara en fullsatt torsdagskväll och blev lite besviken. Lokalen är oerhört liten och borden för tätt placerade. Maten kunde varit mer smakrik (beställde en Shoyu) och glazen på den friterade kycklingen var något mjölig.

Took their "miso chili" ramen and the noodles were really nice! Home made and good texture👌🏽🌟 However, I did not dig their fatty chicken broth together with miso! Felt that the broth should have been made more clear so you avoided the fat, it lay like a film on the tongue, I thought. Then feels raw yellow onion, which picked fr. The Hells courtyard for so grating strong it huh, nothing further when there was still a lot of spring onions (which is pleasantly bulbous mild) in! The noodles 5p and their tender pork side 4p saved ramen🍜 but the broth itself was not there that I myself get satisfied by, unfortunately!

Took a little late lunch there. Was almost full in their room, but we managed to get a seat pretty quickly. A little smaller place where the kitchen was open in the room, gave a cozy atmosphere then I ☺️ think

Utbudet utöver ramen var inte superstort, men gillar du ramen och rör dig i krokarna runt Östermalm är detta absolut ett bra ställe att ta sig till. Det ligger lite gömt, med ganska få bord, och rekommenderar att boka bord! Dock lyckades vi haffa det sista tvåmannabordet och glada var vi för det!

Maten var bra, egentligen inget att klaga på men heller inte att det stack ut i jämförelse med andra ramenställen.

Totalen blir en 3a, och jag kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka och prova fler på menyn.
