Afternoon Tea at La Tour.
A very unbalanced menu. Our first dish consisted of three buttercream breads that had rock hard edges, then came in a soup with grated truffles on, then came in a large dish where we got guinea fowl, duck liver etc etc. etc. All dishes are served with different tea varieties. By now it stopped, we couldn't get another bite to eat or drink more tea. Drinking tea for soup, guinea fowl, duck liver and truffles wasn't our thing. The sauce for the chicken had skin and it felt like the food had been there for a while. We were the last guests to eat their afternoon tea. The service was swaying, we got cold tea several times. Our table was right next to the service staff station so there was a lot of running behind our backs.
