Maten funkade riktigt bra med att ta det spontant utan allt för krångligt planering innan. Den torra kycklingen var ingen höjdare, kändes som sågspån och kryddorna kunde tyvärr inte rädda kycklingen, synd för då dessa smakerna satt bra! Revben var som man förväntade sig, varken dåligt kryddat men inte heller det lilla extra wow… riktigt bra bakis käk om annat tillsammans med friterade potatisen😋åååh härligt hetta med lite bett i syrligheten som kom efteråt. Bästa med hela beställningen är dock deras råbiffen som var fint skuret med friterat kycklingskinn för att få in något krispigt i rätten. Det hela gick på under 1000-lappen med dricks inräknat så det är ju inte helt tokigt utan detta är OK gott. 3 av 5!

Löningshelgen nalkas och alltid är det ju stressigt, fullt och fokus på golvet. Hade jag gått och planerat detta så hade jag blivit besviken på den opersonligt servicen utan det lilla ansträngningen till att vara sedd som ätande gäst!!! Nu är jag nöjd att jag fick något att äta, drinken piggade upp mig i alla fall. Service har att jobba på, 2 av 5!

On Saturday I had the pleasure of visiting Ling Long and eating in their cozy courtyard, a perfect place to enjoy a meal or just a few drinks. Mushroom Dumplings - These dumplings with forest mushrooms, cabbage, tofu and coconut foam were unfortunately a bit too "mushy" in texture for me and were not a favorite. The flavors were okay but the texture wasn't great.

Bang Bang - Pulled chicken with cucumber, sesame dressing, and peanuts was one of the favorites. A lot of flavors and a little heat. Incredibly good, recommend to try!

Thousand years tofu - was my favorite, Crispy tofu with pak choi, leeks, and then sweet and spicy sauce. Tofu was perfectly fried so it was a little crispy, while the sauce was first sweet and then a little sting in at the end. Highly recommend to try 8.5/10

Korean Fried potatoes - Potato pieces with gochujang glaze and kimchi emulsion were very good, actually tasted like an Asian version of the Spanish dish "Patatas Bravas" Clearly approved!

Our dinner at Ling Long was a good experience even though the Mushroom dumplings were not really to our liking. Most of the dishes were impressive, especially the Thousand Years Tofu and the Bang Bang chicken. The cozy courtyard of course raises the rating as well and I give the whole visit 7.5/10
