The concept is different given that the table neighbor can be a dog 😀 took my father here and he was really happy with the evening. The food was good, but the meat could have kept a little higher quality. Also the cooking of the meat can be improved because it had not been rested before serving. Good atmosphere in the place and the whole in itself leads to a strong third. Funny curiosities are of course that the restaurant is run by "Hoa-Hoa".
