Vårt första besök! Har gått förbi många gånger och tyckt att menyn och inredning sett fantastisk ut. Så jag läser på och av recensioner att döma är det inte värt ett besök men vi bestämmer oss ändå för att gå dit. Väl på plats är det den första varma vårdagen en fredag runt 1930 och vi har inte bokat bord. Vi får vänta en stund (30 min) på att få bord allt i vanlig ordning. Vår servitris är ny och det blir ganska snart uppenbart att de har mycket att göra. Sammanlagt väntar vi ungefär en timme för att få våra pizzor. Men jag kan säga att väntan var värd. Mycket på grund av att vår servitris gjorde sitt yttersta för att förklara varför det tog tid men även hade ett proffsigt sätt och vi kände oss väl omhändertagna. Pizzorna var vällagade, krispiga, massor av goda råvaror och en tomatsås som var underbar.
Sammanfattningsvis kan jag säga att vi blev positivt överraskade trots den långa väntetiden. Maten tog tid, visst, men är det tryck på pizzaugnen så är det det. Går bara att grädda x antal pizzor i taget.
