Have long wanted to visit Nana Omakase and last Friday it was time. Had high expectations even before and they were exceeded. Incredible food and beverage experience from start to finish. Small restaurant with few seats. You sit at the bar and it's always more personal. Personal is a fact. The owner has built the restaurant himself by hand from plank to painting paintings. And it is precisely the owner and 1 other person who cooks this taste experience for you. Fantastic ingredients and unique good handpicked wines together with the stars behind the bar, make this stay complete. 11 dishes later and we were full. A big plus because you actually got full. Rarely you get it when you eat tasting. My favorites were the sashimi tray, the wagu meat, chicken liver mousse. The silver onion with goat cheese and baked egg with white asparagus were the ones I liked least. Extra fun with the owner, good knowledge and fun anecdotes about ingredients and drinks.
