I actually commute between three and four stars but lands anyway in a perfectly okay without feeling wow! Maybe it's because we were there at lunch and the menu was more limited than usual.
I had the night before sat and scanned by Stockholm Vietnamese places and was so hungry for Pho that I was about to slap off. Luckily, I and my mother had decided lunch on the south so I could still my need fast. I was a little disappointed that I could only order Pho with Chicken when I was hungry for beef or a mix, well I got atleast the broth and the noodles.
I had read in a review that the rights were quite small so we shared on a fresh spring rolls while I ate Pho and mom brought in stir fried steak with kaffir, chili and garlic. Her right was really fresh and good. Even my Pho was great but I'd gladly seen more spices to flavor a little myself. I was glad we had Sriracha on the table. The fresh spring rolls of chicken were really good, especially with the peanut sauce.
I've been thinking about what it was that wasn't really tuned and it's probably simply that I've eaten a little too good Pho lately around the world that this is not enough. It is, as someone said, a bit too lame and Swedish. Imagine if they could drop on the brake and dare to cook some more food with sting and taste. Surprise us, we stockholmers want it that way.
Service wise it is difficult to judge because we ordered and paid at the checkout but the food came out pretty fast, plus when it's lunch.
Price wise, it is good to get a lunch including drinks and coffee for around 85KR so I might come back another time if I find myself in Pho-distress again.

If you want to eat the best Vietnamese spring rolls and any other great food they are going to hit. The decor and atmosphere is secondary, and this is not a place you go for a nice evening. Only food is in focus and then they end up high. What if they could just make the place a little cozier, they would increase the stars. Fully, however, it is the next even though.
