FINALLY I visited Nook. Been on my list for so long now.
Incredibly nice service. From when we arrived until when we left. Professional and hands-on without getting too carried away.
Nook offers a narrow range of cocktails which surprised me. They have a three-story restaurant, why isn't there a real bar? The pre-batched drinks, on the other hand, were very good and served in a fun and creative way.
The food was good and varied, but I missed that little extra. We ate a mushroom that was incredible, a kimchi mushroom type. We ordered three servings which is a good rating. The desserts were superb. Otherwise, I can't actually remember what we ate, which means they didn't appoint themselves much.

We were 4 people. We ate about 4 intermediate courses each, shared two desserts and we drank pre-drinks, 2-3 units of wine or beer with the food and dessert wine. This was SEK 800 per person (ink tip) which I think is sick affordable.
