This was my second visit to Phils (his debut was on the drill field) and I do not quite understand the hype. Strips were super in sundbyberg, Burger is "Okay-good" but nothing I rejoiced over (or drooled over for that matter). And then I hamburgerfantast. 3.5 in the ratings, the place is nice but it was dirty when we were there, despite the almost deserted premises.
