Enjoyed the last outdoor lunch in the sun yesterday on the new Phils. Must say that they really succeeded with the interior of the place. A big step ahead of the sibling restaurants that I have been on at Gärdet, Stureplan, Kungsholmen and others. Took a phils with extra halloumi on. 15 KR for the extra halloumipucken I think was cheap. Also took Halloumifries to, and my goodness huh much food. The staff were very helpful. For a double cheese (200g, my pet burger pictured however), barely half of halloumifriesen (as thick fries-but halloumi; good!) and did not touch the usual. I got the stopper measured.
I like the Phils, but the burger has unfortunately slipped after the competition a bit. It is still good, but there are several who are the step sharper today. In addition, it was a little overcooked this day. Gärdet-Phils always delivers, it's the best. However, it has the most refined locale.
