It's disappointing. I have previously been to Pinchos in Jönköping and been so pleased. Same if not worse experience even in this skinny new venue in town. The food took over 50 minutes to get, and sure, the whole concept is that you should pick everything up yourself. But at the time, it felt worthless. The food we got was cold. The burger was dry, the halloumi fries burned on the surface and not finished in the middle. The chicken wings cold and so also the ribs and kebab roll. No staff were seen during our 2-hour stay, so you couldn't really complain.
The whole experience would not have been so bad if the service and staff were not so absent.
