What happened here? Is it the chef's cousin who jumped into the kitchen during Corona times? After reading reviews like the one in DI Weekend where food is hailed to the skies, my expectations were somewhat inflated. That they did not meet is an understatement - nothing throughout the evening can be summed up as good. The venue is so boring that you might think it's a joke, the staff friendly but a little strange, and the menu (Corona-adapted) succeeds with the feat of not producing a single drop of water in the mouth. At many more innovative restaurants today it is not uncommon for the restaurants to top the menu so the latter was nothing that directly bothered me and my company very much. Instead, we thought it leaves plenty of room for exceeded expectations. Flat as a pancake, however, came right after right in, none really better than the other. It was tasteless, boring and not least uninspiring.
I have to assume that it is Corona who contributed to this weak performance, regardless, it was so weak that there will be much to that I find my way here again to give them another chance. At Stockholm's strong selection there is no room for experiences like the one Prospero invited me and my company to.

Detta till synes ödmjuka lilla hak är troligare att man passerar än att lockas glida in på en spontanare. MEN. Vilken smakresa de bjuder på för de som upptäckt denna (än så länge) doldis. Varje rätt är en explosion av intryck med kombinationer som får de flesta att fundera, som rödbetan med den rökta äggulan t.ex., tror till och med att jag skulle kunna få min käre far att testa vego med den här rackaren. En solklar fullpoängare till det här kreativa, vänliga och ambitiösa kockgänget. Vi serverades en prisvärd avsmakningsmeny för runt femhundralappen som bestod av:
Hiramasa med äpple & thaibasilika Rödbeta med rökt äggula & kärnmjölk Anka med rotselleri & grönpeppar (som pescetarian fick jag portabellosvamp som substitut) Blodapelsin med glass på stjärnanis
Och jag ser redan fram emot deras nästa menyuppdatering. (Obs. bilder lånade från Prosperos Instagramkonto då jag inte plåtade maten vid mitt besök).

Had high expectations of Prospero but was unfortunately very disappointed. Dull interior and simple flavors. All the dishes on offer we could have cooked at home just as well or tastier.
