Like 100g of meat, for 110 SEK, and it's fucking not far from the crowbar (which I think costs 1500 SEK per 100g). Hade en riktig pangkväll här med massa vin och såklart deras mixed grill där de väljer åt en olika köttdetaljer som hängmörats enligt konstens alla regler. Förrätterna var väldigt goda men vi blev besvikna på huvudrätten som inte höll vårt önskemål på medium/well utan var så blodig att vi inte kunde äta den. Everything was incredibly good but the best was the prawns that were cooked in a strong and buttery sauce with cajun / creole flavors. I usually have a hard time for foie gras but this one was actually really good with a sweet marmalade and some nuts that gave a lovely crunch.

The highlight of the evening was still the meat of course. We took an entrecote on legs for 2 and a steak from Småland and an entrecote from a milk cow from Halland that was on their daily meat list. The only thing I can say is that meat really doesn't get any better than this. Here you get the absolute best pieces of meat cooked with perfection.
Order some different pieces of meat and share with the whole party, and you get to try a little different. Go for some piece from the daily meat list that varies by availability and season where you can find interesting pieces and at least a piece on bone - by far the tastiest meat is what you gnaw away from the bone. YES, you may gnaw meat from a bone like an animal here, you are even encouraged to do so! Why throw away the absolute tastiest meat as well?

The accessories we took were homemade french fries deep-fried in sebum with a bearnaise sauce with lots of herbs, deliciously creamy potato gratin, baked tomato and green salad with parmesan.

I was to say the least full and contented after this but I just couldn't resist ordering a sticky toffee pudding when I saw it on the dessert menu. Sick good even if I had wished a little more caramel sauce.

Prices are high, but it's very luxurious raw materials and incredibly well cooked so they are still reasonable I would say. If you only eat in the tapas bar, however, you can get away with a cheaper bill. And although there is clearly a focus on meat at AG, there are many vegetarian and fish options, so here anyone would have a lovely dinner.

Maten och servicen var topp som innan. Dock var det en del annat som hade försämrats som drar ned mitt betyg från full pott till ynka 2 stjärnor.
Jag vet inte om det är/varit standard, men vid tidigare besök har vi blivit informerade att bara säga till om vi behöver mer tillbehör såsom sås, pommes, gratäng m.m. Jag tror inte vi tagit in mer utan det har räckt bra det som serverades. Samma denna gång. Skillnaden nu var att vi debiterades för en extra portion pommes a 40:- av någon anledning. Inget att bråka om, men det var lite oklart. inget vi räknat med. Jag vill gärna ha koll på utgifterna.
Men den stora besvikelsen kom när vi kollade kvittot och insåg att dom debiterat 120:- för VATTEN. (Förvisso kolsyrat, men ändå!!) Ingen info om det innan. Vi beställde vin och dom frågade om vi ville ha vatten. Helt normalt och tackade givetvis ja. Visst, det stod säkert i menyn. Dumma som vi var tog vi för givet att det ingick som det normalt brukar göra.
Nej, nu har jag nog provat AG för sista gången. Är det nått jag avskyr så är det "dolda" avgifter. Men men, nu har jag iaf lärt mig att kolla ALLT innan jag accepterar nått.
