Already at the welcome, it was clear that this was a place with ambitions. When the snacks came in, there was no doubt about it. The venue is not likely to be without stars for much longer. The only question is whether it will be one or two.
But then you might wonder what the food was like? Anything but good then. Because it really is. The menu consists of 5 dishes. Appetizer and dessert snacks not included. Each dish has two options with accompanying beverage packages. We chose one of each on everything except the main course. A bit of a miss in retrospect. I guess I'll have to go back... I recommend tasting each other. Don't like sharing food? You should re-evaluate but until then, choose this:

You are almost injured by tasting menus of 20 courses. We were a little hesitant when we saw that it was "only" five dishes. But once in place, they lacked nothing. At Ergo, the focus is on the food. The décor is stripped down, there is no smoke and gimmicks, but they go for classic which for that matter is not boring. There is no movement other than walking through the kitchens on the way in, but you can see straight into the kitchen from the tables. The kitchen where work is actually done and not just put on the final touch. Very funny. At the end of dinner, Petter comes by and chats. We like that.
