Actually created an account just for reviewing this one single instance. I don't normally review restaurants - but hey - where are the reviews? The restaurant was full today - and still, there is very little buzz around it. I thankfully was informed by one of my friends who visited here in October from France. Staff told me they got around 80-100 bookings each day and I can see why. I got lucky - they get ringed down in like no time. Enough of the "why isn't there a buzz around this" - to the food. Oh boy! Started with an Escargot platter. Fried perfectly and tastes just like in France, if not better. The Potato Croquet - wow. Never had anything this good and I don't know how they do it. The crispiness is worth dying for. Tasted the weekend menu Moët Gazpacho. Moët is my favorite and this thing sparkled. The taste was balanced so good. I have been at Frantzén but this is better to be honest! Could not find a single error. Not in the dessert either. The Miracle Pannacotta - Something new and exciting for sure. I also love how Eric signs each receipt to show that he is proud. And it is worth it. I have been in Stockholm eating on many exclusive restaurants but hey, this is far the best. I don't understand why newspapers haven't written about it or there is no word on the street - it is full! However, you had to follow exact instructions from the booking manager (who was very friendly by the way). The entrance is not clearly shown but once you find it, the interior is amazing.
