Fantastic experience. A set menu with flavours turned up to high volume with amazing raw ingredients accompanied by an unbelievable selection of wines, some of which are served by the glass.
The dinner started in the back with a few snacks, after which we were led downstairs to discover the wine collection and the raw ingredients in a glasses fridge, including a hamachi and incredibly marbled Angus steak, which was later served like seared sashimi in a delicious glaze.
The chef Louis led us through the experience together with front house host Jonathan helped by professional and friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere with bar seats and tables where both guests are sitting on the same side next to each other generates great karma so that when you come in, you feel like everyone already knows each other and you are joining new friends at a high-end party.
