Review of Sin Ramen – by Cindy W.

So... I don't know what was up with Sin ramen, if they're very bad at their job, choosing costumer to be nice to or that ALL the STAFF just had a bad day at the same time...!? But here's what happened.
Me and my friends went to Sin ramen, we were told that the waiting time was about 1h or so and we thought they might had a very busy evening so yeah, we could wait.
1h later we're back and got to wait about 10 min extra because the table wasn't cleaned yet, no big deal. We sat down got the meny ordered drinks(were the staff couldn't pronounce the name correctly), some dumplings, fried chicken 4 ramen.
The drink came after 10min or so, nothing to complain. But here's were it starts. We ordered in total 2 dumpling dishes that contained only 4pcs each and 1 fried chicken with about 7-8 tiny pcs, which came out to our table after 30 min. OK, so 30 min isn't very bad and we even gave them excuses that it must have been a very busy night. We thought that the ramen shouldn't take long, because you know it's ramen.
So we waited. 10min, 20min, 30min. Note here, there was a staff standing around our table and three other, there was even times that the staff didn't have anything to do.

After a while, were we tried to get their attention, a staff came to us after 30 min and asked if we want something. We answered no, we're waiting for the ramen and have been waiting for a while. The staff said that it should come soon and asked if we wants to order some drink, and we did. The other staff coming with our drinks spilled half of it and didn't even give us a new one, he just giggled and excused himself(?!). At the time being, we're getting kinda irritated and very hungry, also it was past 9pm and we arrived at the restaurant 8pm!

So after 1h and 15min the ramen finally came!!! It was 1 spicy miso and 3 gluttony( we wanted to order the other ramen but it was apparently out of stock.). Unluckily the gluttony ramen had a bit too strong fish taste, which was super unpleasant. The char siu was too fat and greasy and not to mention the toppings was waaaay to little. Note here, we're a group of people who have been in various of ramen restaurants in Sweden, Japan and Hong Kong, and we even make our own ramen at home.
So we told the staff of what we thought and the answer was an explanation of how the broth was made, half dashi and half chicken broth, which we already understood. But the issue is that it tasted way too much fish and the waiting time... Omg.. I've never experienced such long waiting time for JUST A BOWL OF RAMEN!

And you know what made it worse? A table next to us came in like 45 min after us, got their drinks(several), appetisers and ramen within 40min!! And the staff were around all of us all the time but we were the only ones that seemed to be invisible???

Never going back! If I could give them half a star I would have done that.
